There are several things you can do to increase your chances of winning this property for your client:

- Submit a clean offer, with no errors or items missed.
- Perform a 30-35 day closing.
- Offer a free Rent Back for 3-4 weeks.

- Offer Inspection Objection Protection.
- Submit your offer with a Lender Letter AND Proof of Funds.
- Submit your offer with all deadlines ending at 5pm MST.
