Get his…for every ONE percent that RATES rise, you need PRICES to drop about TEN percent to keep your monthly payments roughly the same.

My prediction? I do not think home prices in the greater Denver area are going to drop 10% from where we are. But I do think rates will begin to rise soon (and right now they are low as hell…pun intended).

So, if you’re thinking about buying, now might be a better time than in the future. Place your bets!
