As 2016 gets underway, one of the top questions we get is “What is this year going to look like?”
We have the answer…ready? Here it goes:

But here’s the good news; we do have some relatively strong historical indicators (from 2015) showing that 2016 will likely be very similar to last year:
By the way, CDOM = Cumulative Days on Market.
So while we cannot predict the future (not yet anyway… Darcie is working on it), we can say with certainty that 2016 will likely be a fast moving, competitive market.
