Thrive’s business model relies on a team of experts who work on different parts of the home buying or selling process, rather than individual brokers who try to handle the entire process on their own. The traditional real estate broker is a generalist — they know a little about a lot, but they’re specialists in nothing. Instead, our operations team handles almost all the work “behind the scenes” so that our Advisors can focus on relationships, the market and negotiating. Behind the scenes work includes onboarding new clients, marketing & advertising listings, contract preparation, transaction management, compliance, vendor coordination, closing processes and more. So instead of the jack-of-all-trades you get a small, specialized team that works harmoniously through high accountability and tight systems to produce a world class experience, every time. We handle our team member’s and client’s money, time & heart as if they were our own. We execute at the highest level with a predictable process. We are real, personable and easy to do business with. Unlike the typical real estate company where all agents act independently with very low accountability, we have chosen to build a culture of high accountability and a team approach.
