to have a document, signed by the buyer, before touring properties.

Strange isn’t it?
We think so too – nonetheless it is required. We know, paperwork is such a drag.

What won’t be a drag is your upcoming home tour! 

The required form is below – you can fill it out and sign it here, or you can sign it
when you arrive before entering the property – either way is totally fine.
