Options for your Closing
There are multiple options for your closing.
Good news! There are different options for your closing – you can close virtually, in person while traveling, or at a variety of different different locations, whichever is most convenient for you.
Virtual Closing: While this option can sometimes be most convenient, it lacks a professional real estate “closer”, who is also a licensed notary. The Closer tasked with explaining each document to you, what its for and why you’re signing it. We only recommend this option if you are comfortable reading and signing legal documents on your own.
Mail-Out Closing: This option consists of all the documents being Fedexed to you in advance of closing, and then hiring a mobile notary to record the legal signatures collected. Like the Virtual Closing, this option also lacks the guidance of a Closer.
In-Person Closing: This option is when you physically go to an actual title company. The Closer at the title company, as noted above, is not only a licensed notary, but is also an expert at explaining each document you sign, why its important and what its purpose is. This is the option that is most common and also the option we recommend. Below are a list of some of the most common title companies. Each logo is linked to the locations available so that you can find the location that is most convenient for you.
