The Grand Opening of the Union Station is ROCKIN!!!
54 million dollars later, the Union Station is complete, and is now UP AND RUNNING! Denver has always been a leader in beautiful architecture, and this project stands as perhaps the “top shelf” renovation of Denver’s history.
Part of the renovation included new businesses putting new roots down in the plaza…like the Thirsty Lion – nobody makes a better Devereaux!!!

The Cooper Lounge
Located on the mezzanine overlooking the Great Hall, The Cooper Lounge is aiming to be one of Denver’s most stylish places to enjoy your favorite adult beverage. Open daily between 11:00am and midnight…and I’ll probably see you there 🙂
Fresh Exchange
Just inside the Great Hall, this is the perfect on-the-go lunch options at Fresh Exchange. They offer a variety of chef-inspired salads, sandwiches, wraps, and bowls, all made with fresh local ingredients.
Terminal Bar
Perfect for date night, hanging out, unwinding, chillin’, etc.
Acme Burger and Brat Corporation
In the mood for something more substantial than a salad or a wrap? This is it. With locally produced brats and burgers made from freshly-ground beef, you’ll love the taste and the ambiance!
Mercantile Dining and Provision
Shop and dine in one hot spot! Mercantile sells anything from fruit spreads to your favorite cheeses; adjacent to that, you’ll find a very unique dinner-only restaurant. So if you taste something on the menu that you simply have to have, get it at the shop on your way out!

Orange Snoozius. ‘Nough said. But 2.5 hour wait?? C’mon yo!!
Lastly, but definitely not least, is the Crawford Hotel. Oh my gosh. My {AWESOME} wife surprised me with an overnight stay this past weekend…u-n-b-e-l-i-e-v-a-b-l-e. Highly, highly, highly recommend. Incredible architecture. First class service. Amazing rooms. Flawless environment. Perfect culture. And drinks on the house!!! (Only for that night, sorry!).
